We can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement; however, it is the client’s responsibility to check with their insurance provider to determine reimbursement policies.

Payment is expected in full and is collected at the time of service. We accept cash, check, money orders, and credit or debit card payments (including HSA/FSA).  All insurance co-pays are collected at the time the services are rendered.
